Effective March 15, 2016, the SPDR Nuveen Barclays Municipal Bond ETF (TFI) and the SPDR Nuveen Barclays Short Term Municipal Bond ETF (SHM) will undergo 1:2 reverse share splits.

Reverse splits lower the number of shares outstanding and increase the funds’ share price. The aggregate market value of the shares outstanding is not impacted.
