New Vanguard ETFs on Xetra: Companies worldwide with ESG focus

Since Thursday, two new exchange traded funds of the issuer Vanguard are tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

With the Vanguard ESG Global All Cap UCITS ETF, investors can invest in a broadly diversified equity portfolio of large, medium-sized and small companies from industrialised nations and emerging markets worldwide. In addition, the companies are screened for environmental, social and governance criteria – so-called ESG criteria.

Companies that violate the UN Global Compact or engage in business activities in the areas of tobacco, alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment, genetically modified organisms, coal from power plants, oil and gas, nuclear power or controversial weapons are excluded from the index.

Investors can choose between a distributing (Dist) Share Class, which distributes accrued dividend income to investors, and an accumulating (Acc) Share Class, which reinvests dividend income.
