•PowerShares Contrarian Opportunities Portfolio (NYSE Arca: CNTR)
•PowerShares Developed EuroPacific Currency Hedged Low Volatility Portfolio (NYSE Arca: FXEP)
•PowerShares Europe Currency Hedged Low Volatility Portfolio (NYSE Arca: FXEU)
•PowerShares Japan Currency Hedged Low Volatility Portfolio (NYSE Arca: FXJP)

The last day of trading on the NYSE Arca, Inc. for the affected ETFs will be Friday, December 22, 2017 and the affected ETFs will be delisted from the Exchange as of the immediately following trading day. The last day creation orders will be accepted in the ETFs will be December 14, 2017.  The final distribution to shareholders of the affected ETFs is expected to occur on or about December 29, 2017.
