New ETF issud by HANetf on Xetra: Focus on e-commerce worldwide

Since Thursday, a new exchange traded fund issued by HANetf is tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The Global Online Retail UCITS ETF - Acc gives investors access to an equity portfolio of companies worldwide that generate at least 60 per cent of their turnover from the online retail sector. In addition to direct online retail, providers of online marketplaces that are used, for example, by retailers, wholesalers and restaurants for their consumer transactions are also considered.

In this context, only companies that record revenue growth are taken into account. The index is revenue-weighted so that smaller companies with higher revenue growth rates compared to the previous year also receive a relevant weight. In addition, the share of companies from emerging markets is limited to a maximum of 20 percent.

Furthermore, a sustainability filter is applied that excludes companies with significant business activities in the areas of oil sands, fossil fuels or controversial weapons.
