New Fidelity Active ETFs on Xetra: global corporate bonds and emerging market sovereign bonds with ESG focus

Since Monday, two new Active Exchange Traded Funds issued by Fidelity International are tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

With the Fidelity Sustainable Global Corporate Bond Multifactor UCITS ETF - Inc, investors can invest in an actively managed portfolio of investment-grade corporate bonds worldwide with different maturities. A multi-factor strategy is used in the selection process, considering quantitative and qualitative characteristics such as the value, quality and dynamics of the issuing companies. The objective of the Active ETF is to outperform the benchmark index Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Index.

In the selection of bonds, the focus is on companies with a high ESG rating, which excel in areas such as climate protection, adaptation to climate change and biodiversity, as well as not violate the requirements of the UN Global Compact.

The Fidelity Sustainable USD EM Bond UCITS ETF - Inc uses an active investment strategy and invests primarily in fixed and floating rate emerging market debt securities denominated in US dollars issued by sovereign or quasi-sovereign entities. The objective is to outperform the benchmark index J.P. Morgan ESG EMBI Global Diversified Index. ESG criteria are also considered when selecting bonds.
